Pastor Luiz de Oliveira has been a Minister of this Church since joining the Assembly of God Bethlehem Ministry in 2000. He was sent by God to start a Church Services in: Dallas-Tx, Hollywood-Fl, Boynton Beach-Fl, Washington D.C., Virginia and since 2006 in Hawaii.
He's also the Brazilian Council Regional West President and JW Bible College Director Campus in Hawaii.
He traveled to many countries and he is a member of AG American Council in Springfield, MO.
